Production Systems Receive
a Major Upgrade

FESSCO has always identified service as its #1 priority. While service standards have been improved through automation and technological advancements, our industry has always been very labor intensive. Simply put, the machines can't move any faster than our people make them move. Furthermore, the prices our customers pay for the products that we manufacture are largely influenced by the number of people required to make those machines move.

Therefore, in an overall effort to improve our internal efficiency, we have been working with a professional engineer for several months to install production standards with incentive pay throughout our plant. Every productive function has been measured and the overall performance of each of our workers is graded on a daily basis. Obviously this system enables us to objectively control our labor costs while providing our customers with better service through reduced turnaround times.

Many of you have already commented on the improved level of service you are experiencing from FESSCO. Our goal is to continue to explore innovative ideas and technologies which will benefit you, our valued customer.

When updating our site, your ease of navigation is one of our top priorities. We recently started having our "Shopping Cart" and "Enter Text" links open a new browser window. The purpose behind this was to allow you to remain on your current catalog page while adding an order to your shopping cart. However, some of you may not like the new browser window option, and do not mind returning to the first page of the catalog when you use the "Continue Shopping" button. So we are presenting a poll to get your opinion. Neither navigation option will affect the new detailed search feature. Please take a moment to send us your vote in a blank email as instructed below.
