Shipping Deadlines for Holiday Season

December 25th is the shipping deadline for many during the holiday season. Whether for gifts, work or personal purchases, getting your shipments out on time is a top priority. In order to help with your scheduling, I have included below a list of holiday schedules for the three shipping companies used by FESSCO. DHL is our standard method of shipping your orders, however all choices are available to you if needed.

DHL 2006 Holiday Schedule

Wed. Dec. 20th - Normal pickup and delivery.
Thurs. Dec. 21st - Normal pickup and delivery.
Fri. Dec. 22nd - Normal pickup and delivery.

Express shipments picked up on 12/22 will be delivered on Tuesday 12/26.
Two-Day shipments picked up on 12/22 will be delivered on Wednesday 12/27.
Normal drop box service will be offered.

Sat. Dec. 23rd - Normal Saturday pickup and delivery.

Express shipments picked up on 12/23 will be delivered on Tuesday 12/26.
Drop box service is not available.
Note: For Emergency Delivery Service use DHL Same Day Service @ 1-800-336-3344

Mon. Dec. 25th - Closed. For emergency service call DHL Same Day at 1-800-336-3344.
Tues. Dec. 26th - Normal pickup and delivery.

DHL recommends the following ship dates for delivery prior to Christmas: For Next Day service, ship on or before Dec. 21st. For 2nd Day service, ship on or befo re Dec. 19th. For DHL@home and Ground service, ship on or before Dec. 15th.

UPS 2006 Holiday Schedule

Fri. Dec. 22nd - Normal pickup and delivery.
Sat. Dec. 23rd - Normal Saturday pickup and delivery.
Sun. Dec. 24th - Only *UPS SonicAir is available.
Mon. Dec. 25th - Only *UPS SonicAir is available.
Tues. Dec. 26th - Normal pickup and delivery.

*If you need to send a document or package on a holiday, contact UPS SonicAir at 1-800-451-4550 for domestic shipments, or 1-800-338-5911 for international shipments. SonicAir is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

United States Postal Service 2006 Holiday Schedule

The USPS recommends the following ship dates for delivery prior to Christmas:

For Express Mail Service - ship on or before Dec. 22nd
For First-Class Mail Letters/Cards - ship on or before Dec. 18th
For Priority Mail - ship on or before Dec. 20th
For Parcel Post - ship on or before Dec. 13th

What's New Online?

The following product lines have had changes made in the last month:

The Inks area has been updated and includes all uses, descriptions and prices. Even more stamp inks will be available on our site in the future.
Mount images and more detailed descriptions have been added to our Notary Embossing Seals section.

In The Next Issue...

We are currently working on adding mount images to all of the product listings. This will allow you to see how your final product will look in addition to the impression.

Future updates will also include some changes to the "Number of Lines" breakdown in each product section. We want to keep this option available and searchable for your needs, but at the same time make the sections with hundreds of templates less confusing.

We are continuing to work on Notary Embossers as well as Architect and Engineer Embosser s for each state, so watch for new listings in next month's newsletter!
