FESSCO Policies and Discounts

Service
The standard of service for which we strive is 24 hours or less in shop for most custom products. Orders received by 12:00 noon EST will usually be shipped the same day and custom Xstampers will ship the following day. Stock and custom Xstampers, along with all the other products manufactured by FESSCO, are combined to minimize freight expense and expedite delivery. Large orders or special order items will be shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping Standards and Drop Ships
We provide DHL or UPS Ground, and US Mail service to your location. DHL is our default shipping method if you do not choose another option. If you provide only a PO Box number, we will ship your package by US Mail. At no extra charge we offer consolidated shipping days to you for your convenience and to lower your costs. To guarantee faster service and lower costs to you, we provide drop shipping to your customer.

Additional Discounts
Invoices paid within terms are discounted by either 1% or 2%, depending on the amount of the invoice and will be clearly stated on each invoice. Larger invoices will receive the larger prompt pay discount but must be paid within terms.

Artwork
We accept camera ready or digital artwork for stamps and engraved products. Artwork charges may be applied and are based on the type of product you order, the quality of the artwork we receive, and the complexity of the logo.

Proofs
We will provide a proof on large or special orders at your request. All other proofs will be provided at a charge of $5.00 per proof.

Remake & Order Change Policy
Remakes will be handled on an individual order basis. To protect our dealers, we will cover any dealer error on photopolymer stamps. Changes will be accepted prior to beginning production. Costs incurred for changes after beginning production are the responsibility of the dealer.

Returns
Prior approval is required for any returns on stock and special order items. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to resalable items approved for return. Credit will be issued upon receipt of merchandise if approval has been issued. We cannot issue credit for custom-made items.
